Paid Employment

We will initially meet to have an informal chat and for you to find out a little more about us and for us to find out about you.

• We will help you job search for an ideal job match on a regular basis, and help with the application process.
• Help you with an accurate and up to date CV.
• Prepare you for interview.
• Support you on the interview.
• Speak to your employer and colleagues about Autism and the best strategies when working with you.
• Provide advice on reasonable adjustments.
• We will give you full support initially in your paid employment, should you need it.
• We will maintain contact with you and your employer.
• We will monitor your progress.
• Should your job role change or you have concerns, we can put support back in to help you.
• We can help with any work related problems e.g. wages, how to cope with breaks etc and advice on non-work related problems.
