We are pleased to welcome back Luke who has a long history with the Centre, having worked for us previously as a Specialist Job Coach. In his role as Employer Engagement Manager, Luke is responsible for guiding job-ready clients in the development of their skills and confidence, helping clients achieve paid work, and for promoting autism awareness to prospective employers. Luke brings a lot of knowledge from his time in recruitment and operations management, and he intends to use this experience to craft a fresh and dynamic approach to employer engagement.
